YUMMO!



Thanks to Peter at Tippin' The Scales for this simple and delicious recipe for a Pumpkin Breakfast Casserole. I forgot to take pics during the making process but I remembered after I was about to eat my third piece. It's tasty hot or cold and some good whipped cream would be the perfect topping. And how many of us love a perfect topping?  ☺
